Conference participants are enjoying our Annual Conference on Excellence in Teaching & Learning. Engage with the conversation on Twitter with #osutc2016.
Our annual Conference on Excellence in Teaching & Learning will be held at the Fawcett Center on May 4. We will be accepting session proposals through January 19 (extended by request). The purpose of the conference is to be a venue for members of The Ohio State University community to share innovative and interesting, evidence-based ideas for the improvement of teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes. We invite proposals for presentations on any topics related to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of university teaching and student learning.
On Thursday, September 24 from 9–10 a.m., President Drake will host a conversation with Academy of Teaching members and other faculty members about teaching at Ohio State. To reserve your space in this limited-seating event, please click here. Faculty only, please.
(This event was moved from September 21 due to a travel conflict for the president.)
The Academy of Teaching is pleased to welcome its newest members – the 2015 recipients of the Alumni Award for Distinguished Teaching and the Provost’s Award for Distinguished Teaching by a Lecturer.
